The dieting market wants us to think we can only have fast fat loss by taking a diet pill or subscribing to one of these over hyped weight loss plans. Change what you're eating

The food we makes us over weight not because we're lazy. Of course exercise, is important, is often pushed as a large reason for why we're over weight. People need to make a change to plain simple foods. Think fish and poultry, fruits for snacks and vegetables with dinner, and less carbs.

Change when you're eating

There are two parts to modifying the times we eat. The first change is eliminating any snacking after 8 PM at the latest. Eating in the evenings isn't an ideal time to be ingesting more calories, so try to limit snacking in the evening all together.

The second part is to change from the regular three meals a day and switch it up to four or five. Don't eat more then you normally would during three meals, just spread it out across more smaller meals through out the day. Making this change has two benefits for fat loss. The first you won't feel you need to snack. Two, you will metabolize the calories faster this way.

Using a diet in order to reach weight loss goals
