Cellulite: The Causes Of The Bane Of Every Woman's Life
Cellulite…
Is it a real condition? Well yes!
Well, if you've wondered about what actually causes cellulite, then you're on your way to getting rid of it, regain those smooth buttocks, thighs and legs you had before, and be the envy of all women around you!
So let's find out what causes cellulite and how to kiss it goodbye.
Cellulite actually affects over 80% of all women and is actually a skin condition that appears somewhat like orange peel. It's commonly found on the upper and lower thighs, stomach, legs and bottom.
Not every woman that has cellulite could be described as overweight, although it appears that society seems to have this misguided perception. Healthy, fit women within their ideal weight brackets also get cellulite, which is clearly visible and extremely bad for the confidence.
Body fat often has little to do with the formation of orange peel skin. In fact, there is a whole host of reasons as to why it appears.
The Causes Of Cellulite
Women very rarely understand what cellulite is and why it appears on their bodies.
There are four distinct stages in the formation of cellulite:
Phase 1 – Skin cells are dependent on the flow of blood to them for their health and survival, but if the blood vessels start to weaken and are no longer able to supply it. Poor diet, genetics and toxin level are all factors in this process. Thus the collagen and elastin degrades as the cells that produce them are compromised.
As a result, fat cells begin to gather together and cause a few minor lumps and bumps underneath the skin.
Phase 2 – The skin cells remaining move aside to allow the fat cells to reach the surface of the skin, thus causing the orange peel effect.
Phase 3 – In the next stage, harder and more fibrous tissue gathers around the clumps of fat cells and causes them to protrude through the skin even more.
Phase 4 – The tissue gets gradually harder and thicker. This makes the skin dimple around them and, in extreme circumstances, can be extremely painful.
Kissing Cellulite Goodbye
Cellulite is the bane of every woman’s life, but it cannot be treated with a miracle cure. It takes hard work to reduce its appearance. You should eat healthily, drink plenty of water and exercise regularly. This will serve to strengthen skin tissue and actually hydrates it too, to prevent further cellulite appearing.
Then use a cellulite cream that's been proven to work, and that's had many people use it with good results.
Yes, you can get smooth buttocks and legs again, and enjoy looking great!
