The Wrinkle Cure Review

So is the wrinkle cure by Dr Nicholas Perricone really effective?

And what is the ‘wrinkle cure’ anyway?

Is it a diet plan, is it exercise or is it lifestyle changes?

Well, it’s actually all of the above.

Dr Perricone described many diet, exercise and lifestyle tips for anti aging, and they were great tips.

You can see some pictures of the women who’ve tried Dr Perricone’s wrinkle cure regime, and here’s what I found:

1. The women’s skin look more ‘lifted’.

2. A decrease in the number of blemishes.

3. The skin looked clearer and more translucent.

I must admit that the changes were not as obvious as that seen with a wrinkle cream that works or ocsmetic surgery, but they were there.

One of the dietary tips given was to have GI foods, and to avoid high GI foods.

Why?

Because low GI foods cause less free radicals than high GI foods, and therefore causes less aging on your body, including your skin..

Examples of high GI foods to avoid include white bread, sugar, potatoes, refined foods such as biscuits and cakes, fruit juice.

Replace these with low GI foods such as grainy or sourdough bread, pasta, Basmati rice, leafy green vegetables, fruits and lean meats such as fish.

So a healthy diet that’s low GI means less stress on your skin.

And there’s other advice as well, such as to have foods rich in antioxidants, getting enough sleep every night, and getting enough exercise.

When you combine a healthy diet and lifestyle with a breakthrough wrinkle cream that works, you’ll get impressive results – to say the least.

So go for it and get younger looking skin right away.
